Rates do not include the mate's gratuity which is normally 15 to 20%. Our mates work hard to ensure you have a great day and maximize your fishing experience. We provide everything except food and drink, also please be sure to dress for the day often it is slightly cooler on the water than land. Sunglasses, sunscreen and a camera are good items to bring, along with a smile and a great attitude !! Due to federal regulations that change from season to season, and day to day, any bluefin 27" to 73” may be kept by the anglers but Not Sold. Bluefin over 73" are property of the boat per federal regulations and can be sold, with any bluefin sold, the customer will receive 20% of the sale. Some great pictures alongside the boat and a safe healthy release of the fish for their future is another great option. We also have tagging kits onboard, which will contribute to further understanding and migratory patterns of these awesome creatures.

Cancellations:

• By you - 10 days before your charter for refund of deposit.
• By us - For weather, the day of the charter, deposit refunded.

Deposits:

• $200.00 for all inshore charters.
• $400.00 for all offshore charters (tuna - shark - cod).
